摘要
采用羟基脲和氟乐灵结合的双阻断方法处理鹰嘴紫云英根尖,以诱导根尖细胞有丝分裂中期同步化。结果表明,用1.25mmol·L-1羟基脲处理18h和1μmol·L-1氟乐灵处理6h的细胞有丝分裂中期指数可达80%,且有丝分裂正常,染色体形态良好,未见到染色体畸变的现象。
In order to induce cell mitotic synchronization, root tip cells of Astragalus cicer were induced with combined hydroxyurea and trifluralin treatments. The results showed that the metaphase index was 80% with 1.25 mmol.L^-1 hydroxyurea treatments for 18 h and 1 μmol.L^-1 trifluralin treatments for 6 h, and mitosis was normal, mutation of chromosomes was not observed.
