肟菌酯β-环糊精包合物的制备及光谱表征 被引量:2

摘要 以包合率为指标,采用水和乙醇溶液法来制备肟菌酯β-环糊精包合物,用紫外可见分光光度法研究包合物的形成以及各种条件对包合率影响。在70℃包合6h,得到主客分子的最佳摩尔比为2:1包合物,重现性好,包合率稳定,将肟菌酯制成β-环糊精包合物后显著提高了它的溶解度。 Taking the inclusion rate of β-cyclodextrin as a criterion, the trifloxystrobin-β-cyclodextrin was prepared in the water and alcohol solution. The inclusion compounds made with different conditions were identified by UVVIS spectrophotometry. The optimum synthesis conditions of trifloxystrobin-fl-cyclodextrin were that the mole ratio of β-cyclodextrin : trifloxystrobin was 2:1, the time of inclusion reaction was 6 h and the temperature was 70℃. The reproducibility was good, the inclusion rate remained high, and the solubility of trifloxystrobin was improved when trifloxystrobin was included by β-cyclodextrin.
