摘要 建立用气相色谱法测定苹果与土壤中代森铵及其代谢物乙撑硫脲的残留分析方法。当添加质量分数为0.05~0.5mg/kg时,代森铵在苹果及土壤中的回收率分别为90.3%~93.2%,83.0%~83.5%;变异系数为1.0%~4.6%,4.5%~5.1%。代谢物乙撑硫脲在苹果及土壤中的回收率分别为106.6%~109%,76.6%~92.2%;变异系数为5.5%~10.8%,5.5%~8.4%。代森铵在苹果和土壤中的最低检测质量分数均为0.05mg/kg;代谢物乙撑硫脲在苹果和土壤中的最低检测质量分数为0.05mg/kg。 The residual method of amobam and its metabolite ethylenethiourea in apple and soil by GC was established. With the addition coneentration of 0.05-0.5 mg/kg, the average recovery of amobam in apple and soil were 90.3-93.2% and 83.0-83.5%; the coefficient of variation were 1.0-4.6% and 4.5-5.1%; and the average recovery of ethylenethiourea in apple and soil were 106.6-109% and 76.6-92.2%; the coefficient of variation were 5.5-10.8% and 5.5-8.4%. The minimum detectable concentration of amobam in apple and soil all were 0.05 mg/kg; the minimum detectable concentration of ethylenethiourea in apple and soil all were 0.05 mg/kg.
