恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD146^+T淋巴细胞的检测及其临床意义 被引量:1

Clinical Significance of Measuring CD146^+ Activated T Lymphocyte in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Malignant Tumor

摘要 目的探讨CD146+T淋巴细胞在肿瘤患者外周血中的变化及其临床意义。方法用流式细胞术检测47例健康对照组和188例肿瘤患者外周血中CD3+CD146+T淋巴细胞的数量,并观察其在肿瘤疾病中的变化。结果(1)与健康对照组比较,总肿瘤组、肝癌、肺癌组、食管癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、胰腺癌组的CD146+T/T比例显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)与健康对照组比较,肿瘤组的外周血T细胞绝对数是降低的(P<0.05),而CD146+T绝对数却是与健康对照相似(P>0.05);(3)恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD146+T比例与T细胞绝对计数负相关(n=188,r=-0.297,P<0.001)。(4)肿瘤转移组与未转移组的CD146+T/T比例的比较未观察到差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤患者外周血CD146+T比例增高,可能是机体抗肿瘤免疫调节的一个重要方面。 Objective To study the changes of cluster of differentiation antigen 146 positive (CD146^+ ) T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumor and its clinical significance. Methods CD3^+ CD146^+ T lymphocyte in peripheral blood was detected in 47 normal control and 188 patients with malignant tumor by flow cytometry, and the amount and proportion change of CD146^+ T lymphocyte in patients with malignant tumor were observed. Results (1)Compared with normal control, CD146^+ activated T lymphocyte percentage (CD146^+ T/T) of total tumor group, liver cancer group, lung cancer group, esophageal carcinoma group, breast cancer, gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer group were obviously higher(P〈0. 001). (2) Compared with normal control, the gross of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of tumor group was reduced (P〈0. 001 ), and there was no difference in number of CD146^+ T lymphocyte in peripheral blood similar (P〉0. 05). (3)There was negative correlation between CD146^+ T percentage and T lymphocyte counts in peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumor(n = 188, r = - 0. 297,P〈0. 001). (4)The percentage of CD146^+ T(CD146^+ T/T) was no significant difference between metastasis group and no metastasis group(P〉0. 05). Conclusion The percentage of CD146^+ T lymphocyte in patients with tumor was increased, the changes may be an important aspect on antitumor immunoregulatory in malignant tumor patients.
