盆腔手术后肺栓塞4例临床分析

Analysis of Cases Reported as Pulmonary Embolism after Pelvic Cavity Operation

目的探讨盆腔手术后肺栓塞的诊治措施。方法回顾性分析哈尔滨市第一医院妇科2003年10月～2007年10月间4例盆腔手术后严重肺栓塞患者的治疗经过。结果肺栓塞是国内外重要的常见病,发病率、误诊率、病死率高,治疗这一疾病关键在于早期诊断。该4例病例中,2例经及时诊断并行早期治疗获得良好的疗效。结论如何根据患者的症状、体征及某些基本实验室检查去怀疑肺栓塞,并做出初步诊断。正确诊断肺栓塞对肺栓塞患者治疗和预后起着至关重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of Pulmonary Embolism after surgery of pelvic cavity. Methods The treatment process of pulmonary embolism cases in No. 1 Hospital of Harbin from 2003 Oct - 2007 Oct were reviewed. Results one of the four cases was cured by correct diagnosis and therapy in time. Conclu- sion The key point to cure pulmonary embolism is diagnosis in time.
