滨海地区水对社会经济影响评价指标体系的构建

Construction of Socio-economic Impact Evaluation Index Systems Concerning Water in Coastal Areas

在阐明滨海地区水对社会经济影响评价指标体系的研究目的、原则的基础上,根据滨海地区的特点,构建了含总目标层、领域层、准则层和指标层的四阶递阶层次结构指标体系。并以山东滨海地区龙口市为例,运用层次分析法进行指标筛选,确定了由水资源、社会、经济和生态环境4个领域、12个准则、34个指标组成的指标体系。该指标体系基本上涵盖了滨海地区水对社会经济影响的主要方面,可以比较全面客观地反映滨海地区水资源对经济社会的影响力。

Based on the research purpose and principle of socio-economic impact evaluation index systems for coastal areas of water and characteristics,a four-layer index system consisting of a target layer, a field layer, a criterion layer and an index layer is established. Taking, Longkou City in Shandong Province as an example, this study has established an index system composed of 4 fields, namely, water resources, the society, economy a, nd ecological environments and 12 criterions, 34 indexes by AHP. This system includes the main aspects of influence of water in coastal areas on the society and economy, which can reflect fully and objectively the influence of the water resources in the coastal areas on the society and economy.
