摘要
冷却系统对保证变压器安全运行至关重要。本文介绍了水布垭电站主变冷却器控制系统硬件组成及配置特点,着重阐述了应用高性能PLC及变频技术实现自动跟踪变压器油温和负载综合投切冷却器的控制策略及PLC软件设计方法;该系统克服了传统变压器强迫油循环风冷却器控制装置存在的缺陷,实现了冷却系统无级调速的智能化控制。
The cooling system is very important for the safe operation of a transformer. This paper introduces the hardword composing and characteristic of configuration aboat main transformer wind cooling system in Shuibuya Power Station. The control strategies and ideas of software design about throwing - dropping out of the cooler based on automatic following control of oil temperature and loading are primarily elaborated, the PLC and frequency conversion technology are applied to this control system, it overcomes some shortcomings of traditional transformer wind cooling control device, and intelligentization of stepless speed regulation is achieved in the cooling system.
