非降糖药所致药源性血糖异常文献分析

Non -hypoglycemic Agents Due to Drug -induced Abnormal Blood Glucose Analysis of the Literature

目的：探讨非降糖药引起血糖异常的特点及一般规律。方法：回顾性调查1994年1月-2009年2月中国知网中国期刊全文数据库报道的非降糖药导致药源性血糖异常303例，并进行统计、分析。结果：所涉及药物有25类41种，引起血糖异常的药物种类主要以抗微生物药（17种）、中枢神经系统药（8种）为主，临床表现以血糖升高为多见。结论：临床医、药、护理人员应重视药物引起血糖异常的现象，在用药时应加强对患者血糖水平的监控，确保用药安全。

OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the general pattern and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions of Non - hypoglyeemic agents induced pathoglycemia in china. METHODS：A retrospective survey in January 1994 - February 2009 China CNKI HowNet reported non -hypoglyeemic agents leading to 303 cases of abnormal blood glucose, and statistical analysis. RESULTS： Involved in 25 types of drugs 41 kinds, caused by abnormal blood sugar the main types of drugs to anti - microbial drugs （ 17） , central nervous system drugs（8）, and clinical manifestations as seen in elevated blood sugar, clinical manifestations as seen in hyperglycemia. CONCLUSION：Clinical medicine, medicine, nursing staff should pay attention to drug - induced phenomenon of glucose in patients with medication should he to strengthen the monitoring of blood glucose levels to ensure that drug safety.
