摘要
利用正交设计法研究不同基质处理对春兰叶片生长量的影响。结果表明,春兰生长最优基质为草炭,4h浸泡后,再冲洗2次,最佳EC值为173.4μS/cm,其中浸泡时间对其生长量影响最大,通过方差分析达到了极显著水平。
The orthogonal design was used to study the effects of different matrixon on the leaves growth of Cymbidium goeringii. The results showed that the optimal matrix is grass cabon, soaking four hours , washing two times, the best value of EC is 173.4 μS / cm. Statistic analysis indicated that the main factor which influenced the soak time. And the growth was markedly increased.
