九阜山食用蕨类植物资源

Resources of Edible Pteriodophytes in Jiufu Mountain

为合理开发利用野生食用蕨类植物资源,对福建省尤溪县九阜山省级自然保护区的野生食用蕨类进行调查,结果表明该区野生可食用蕨类共有12科13属15种,主要有狗脊蕨、蕨、金毛狗、乌毛蕨、紫萁、苹、肾蕨、凤丫蕨等。介绍了每种食用蕨的生境、化学成分、采收季节与食用方法,并对如何合理开发利用提出建议。

In order to develop and utilize wild edible pteriodophytes,there was an investigation about wild edible pteriodophytes in Jiufu Mountain Nature Reserve.The result showed that there were 15 species 13 genus 12 families wild edible pteriodophytes in this area.They were maily Woodwardia japonica、Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum,Cibotium barometz,Blechnum orientale,Osmunda japonic,Marsilea quadrifolia,Nephrolepis auriculat,Coniogramme japonica and so on.In this paper,habitat,chemical constituent,harvest seasona and the ways of eating about each kind of edible pteriodophytes were listed.This paper also put forward some suggestions on how to develop and utilize these wild edible pteriodophytes.
