The Evaluate of Ecotourism Resource of Heilongjiang Province

采用层次分析法在区域层次上对黑龙江省生态旅游资源进行了评价。首先将生态旅游资源分为可视资源和环境资源,确定了丰度、种类、季相变化、生物多样性和珍稀奇特度、森林覆盖率、空气质量、水体质量和噪声9基本个因子,构建了评价模型,通过专家咨询法得到了9个因子的权重,确定了得分标准。最后得到黑龙江省生态旅游资源的得分为75分,级别为良。

AHP is adopted to evaluate the ecotourism resource of Heilongjiang province in regional hierarchy. In the first, the ecotourism resource is divided into visible resource and environmental resource and the choose 9 factors which conclude abundance, kinds, variety of season, biological diversity, rarity, forest coverage, air quality, water quality and noise and basic factors. In the second, construct the evaluating model. In the third, ascertain the weight of the 9 factors by specialist consultation and the standard of scores. In the end, get the conclusion that the score of Heilongjiang is 75 and the grade is fine.
