结节性胶样粟丘疹2例

Two Cases of Nodular Colloid Milium

例1女,39岁,右额角可见蚕豆大的淡黄色结节,周边散在分布绿豆大丘疹4年;例2女,41岁,左颊部可见一1.5cm×2.5cm大淡红色斑块,表面覆少许鳞屑。该2例均日晒后皮损加重,但无疼痛和瘙痒。皮损组织病理:例1示真皮上层胶原组织增生,可见嗜伊红色无结构均质性胶样物质,其间有裂隙;例2示表皮大致正常,真皮内可见大量粉红色均质性物质胶样团块,轻度嗜伊红改变,其间可见裂隙。2例结晶紫染色均(-)。

Case 1 ： female,39 years old,right frontal angel could be seen a yellow nodules about as big broad bean,scattered around it was the papules about as large as green bean for 4 years; Case 2, female, 41 years old,left cheek was a large pink patch 1.5cm x2.5era,the surface was covered with the squama. Two cases were aggravated after the solarization,but without the pain and itching. Histopathology showed the lesions：case 1 ,the upper dermis farther tissue accrementition, showing eosinophilic homogeneous no substance structure, in which was fractured; case 2 epidermis was approximately normal, the dermis could be seen a lot of homogeneous pink plastic material,mild eosinophilie change, in which was fractured. Two cases were negative in crystal violet staining.
