克银丸联合NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Keyin Pill Combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet B for the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的观察克银丸联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法将2005年6月～2007年5月就诊的68例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例,口服克银丸10g/次,2次/d,联合UVB照射;对照组32例单用UVB照射,观察两组的疗效和安全性。结果治疗组临床有效率、PASI评分改善程度均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05),且无严重不良反应发生,仅治疗组有3例AST和ALT轻度升高。结论克银丸联合NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病疗效好,但临床应用时需监测肝功能。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Keyin Pill combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） in psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 36 patients treated with Keyin Pill combined with NB-UVB were as treatment group,32 patients treated with NB-UVB only were as control group , and clinical effects and safety of therapy in both group were observed. Results The therapeutic efficacy and PASI score in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（ all P 〈 0.05 ）, and the side effect was lower than control group, the level of AST and ALT ascented little only in 3 patients of treatment gronp. Conclusions Keyin pill combined with NB-UVB was effective method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Liver functim should be monitoring during the treatment.
