基于“治未病”理论的中医健康保障服务模式研究

Study of Health Security Model of Chinese Medicine:based on the "Preventive Treatment" theory

随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的深入,研究全民健康保障问题已经愈发重要。发挥中医"治未病"的独特优势,通过有效的健康管理和干预,降低医疗费用,让人人享有健康,将是大势所趋。文章主要基于"治未病"理论,研究中医健康保障服务模式的内涵、意义,并从模式运行的人群基础、技术基础、经济基础、管理基础4个方面进行分析,并提出该模式可持续性发展的策略。

As the reform of medical health system is carried out profoundly, research for health security has become more important. It will be the trend of the times that giving full play to the unique advantages of Chinese medicine, Preventive Treatment, through effective health management and intervention to reduce medical costs, makes everyone healthy. Based on the ＂Preventive Treatment＂ theory of Chinese medicine, this paper analyzes the content and significance of health security model, then proposesthe basements of the operation from four aspects such as population, technology, economic, management, finally puts forward the sustainability development strategy of the model.
