阴虚证在慢性肾功能衰竭中的规律性探讨

An Approach to Regularity of the Yin Deficiency Syndrome in Chronic Renal Failure

目的:观察阴虚证在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)过程中的发生、分布及演变规律。方法:选择CRF各期患者共202例,根据相关标准制定的临床观察表建立数据库,采用SPSS 11.5软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果:CRF阴虚证患者占总体比例41.1%,较集中在CRF分期中的前三期,大部分兼有血瘀证;其原发病多见于原发性肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病、良性小动脉性肾硬化症,合并高钾血症、高血压、肾性贫血的机率较高。结论:CRF阴虚证较常见,其在CRF发展过程中的发生、分布及演变与CRF的分期、原发病、并发症相关。

Objective ：To observe the incidence, distributing and evolution rule of the Yin Deficiency Syndrome in Chronic Renal Failure（CRF）. Methods ：202 cases of CRF in various stages were observed,clinical observation table according to correlative standard and database were established. SPSS 11.5 for windows software was adopted for statistical treatment. Results ： Among the 202 patients,the ratio of the yin deficiency syndrome patients was 41.1%. they were mostly seen in early and middle stages of CRF and combined syndrome of blood stasis. Primary nephrotic syndrome, diabetic nephropathy and innocence arteriolar nephrosclerosis were frequent protopathy of the yin deficiency syndrome in CRF, meanwhile, hyperpotassaemia, hypertension and renal anaemia were often complication. Conclusion：The yin deficiency syndrome is a kind of familiar Syndrome in CRF. Its incidence, distributing and evolution correlate with the various stages, protopathy, complication of CRF.
