分线排刺治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy of Nerve Root Type by Acupuncture on Lines

目的:观察分线取穴排刺法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用廉玉麟老师根据临床经验所创的颈椎分线排刺方法,取第1和第3侧线穴位排刺治疗神经根型颈椎病34例,并随机选择30例以传统针刺相应颈椎夹脊穴治疗作为对照组。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.29%,对照组为56.67%,治疗组2个疗程有效率为62.07%,对照组为35.29%,两组数据经统计学处理均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:分线排刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效显著,同时可以缩短疗程,明显优于传统针灸法。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture on lines in treating Cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type. Methods ： Thirty-four patients with Cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type were treated by acupuncture on the first and the third lines which was created by Professor LianYulin, thirty cases of the control group were randomly treated by acupuncture on JiaJi Points. Results ：The total efficacy rate was 85.29% in the treatment group and 56.67% in the control group. The efficacy rate of the second treating-process was 62. 07% in treatment group and 35.29% in control group. There were significant difference among them （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The effect of acupuncture on lines in treating Cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type is significantly better than the traditional acupuncture method and it can shorten the treating-process.
