针刀加穴位注射治疗颈椎病疗效观察

Effect Observation of Needle Knife and Injectio Ad Acumen on Cervical Syndrome

目的:观察针刀加穴位注射治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:根据影像资料找出相应治疗点或以敏感压痛点先按针刀常规方法治疗,然后用维生素B1、B12在相应治疗点或敏感压痛点封闭注射,7天治疗1次,疗程2～5次。结果:显效89例,占93.68%,有效4例,占4.21%,无效2例,占2.11%,总有效率为97.89%。结论:针刀加穴位注射治疗颈椎病见效快,疗效可靠。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of needle knife and injectio ad acumen on cervical syndrome. Method： Find out healing points according to image document or sensitive pressure pain point. Operate on them with needle knife in routine. And inject vitamin B1 and B12 in them to blockade. Do it once 7 days and the treatment course included 2 to 5 times. Result： 89 cases were excellent （93.68%）, 4 cases were effective （4.21%）, and 2 cases were ineffective （2. 11% ）. The total effective rate was 98%. Conclusion： Needle knife and injectio ad acumen have good effect on cervical syndrome. The effect is quick and reliable.
