涂装车间清洗溶剂回收在线利用的研究

Study on the Collection and Reuse of Cleaning Solvent from Coating Plant

调查了涂装生产中清洗溶剂的耗量及所占VOC排放比例,提出了在线利用的思路。阐述了蒸馏回收原理和溶剂回收系统的特点,通过清洗能力、溶解力等试验验证了面涂清洗溶剂可以蒸馏回收用于中涂机器人旋杯、阀门等设备的清洗。

This paper investigates the consumption of cleaning solvent during coatings and its share in VOC, introduces the way of collection and reuse of cleaning solvent, describes the principle of distillation and characteristics of collecting system, and proves by testing the cleaning ability and dissolving power that the cleaning solvents from top coating process can be distillated and reused in cleaning robot rotary cup, valve and etc.
