摘要 介绍了湖北沙隆达股份有限公司13万t/a氯气处理、氢气处理工序的扩改工艺。给出9万t/a隔膜法与4万t/a离子膜法烧碱装置的氯氢处理工序的并轨方案及实施办法。扩改过程中,在氯气系统配置了4个安全水封,在氢气系统配置了2个安全水封,起到了保证安全生产、保护电解槽的作用。 The process for extension of 130 kt/a chlorine gas and hydrogen gas treatment in Hubei Sanonda Co. , Ltd. is introduced. The plan of combining the chlorine and hydrogen treatment procedure for 90 kt/a diaphragm caustic soda and that for 40 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda is introduced as well as its implementing methods. Four and two safe water seals equipped for the chlorine gas system and the hydrogen gas system respectively during process modification play the roles of ensuring safe production and protecting electrolyzers.
