摘要
目的探讨乳腺内外斜位方向(MLO)摄影的角度与受检者的体重指数之间的关系及其临床应用。方法对197例受检者的MLO投照角度和体重指数(body mass index,BMI)进行回归分析,根据体重指数界限值将投照角度分为三组,进行统计学分析。结果受检者MLO投照角度和体重指数有直线关系(回归系数R=0.523,P<0.001);三组投照角度间的均数差异经方差分析有统计学意义(F=22.14,P<0.001);组间两两比较,体重过低组与超重组、体重标准组与超重组的投照角度差异有统计学意义。相对于超重组,体重过低组与体重标准组所需要的投照角度更小一些,分别为59.60°、60.96°。结论MLO投照角度和受检者的胖瘦程度相关,随着体重指数增加,投照角度应适当加大。
Objective To explore the relationship between angle of MLO and BMI of patients and clinical application of the angle on mammography. Methods 197 cases were collected randomly and grouped to 3 groups in terms of limited value of BMI. Logistical analysis and nonparametric tests were executed on radiographic angle and body mass index. Results There was a logistic relationship bewteen angles in MLO radiography and BMI, with a logistic coefficient of 0.523 (P〈 0.001). There was remarkable difference among the means of the angles of three groups followed by Nonparametric Tests (F= 22.14, P〈 0.001). Samely, statistical difference was found between groups of under-weight and over-weight, and between groups of normal-weight and over-weight. Contrast with group of over- weight, smaller angle was required for groups of under-weight and normal-weight, which were 59.60°and 60.96° respectively. Conclusion On the base of relationship between radiographic angle of MLO and body type of patients, bigger radiographic angle is needed as BMI increasing.
