鸡黄体生成素释放激素-Ⅰ和-Ⅱ在大鼠脑内的免疫组织化学定位

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL LOCALIZATION OF CHICKEN LUTEINIZING HORMONE RELEASING HORMONE-Ⅰ AND-Ⅱ IN RAT BRAIN

用免疫组织化学PAP法观察鸡两种类型黄体生成素释放激素在雌性大鼠脑内的定位.结果显示:(1)黄体生成素释放激素-Ⅰ阳性纤维和末梢的分布与哺乳类黄体生成素释放激素纤维的分布相似,主要见于下丘脑正中隆起两侧,少量见于视交叉平面的终板血管器.(2)首次发现鸡黄体生成素释放激素-Ⅱ型阳性细胞位于雌性大鼠下丘脑视上核、室周核及视交叉后区视上核;其阳性纤维和末梢位于正中隆起的内侧.该种分布不同于哺乳类及鸡黄体生成素释放激素-Ⅰ型阳性神经在大鼠脑内分布,提示雌性大鼠脑内还存在另一种类型黄体生成素释放激素神经元,它们可能合成、贮存和分泌鸡黄体生成素释放激素-Ⅱ型激素.

Localization of two types of chicken luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (cLHRH-Ⅰand cLHRH-Ⅱ) in the brain of female rats was studied by immunohistochemical PAP method. The results were as follows: (1)The cLHRH-Ⅰ-like fibers and terminals were mainly distributed in the lateral region of median eminence (ME) , and a few in the vascular organ of the lamina terminals, which resembled mammalian LHRH (mLHRH) fibers in it. (2) Many cLHRH-Ⅱ-like neurons were found in the supraoptic nucleus (SO) and periventricular nucleus (PE), as well as in the supraoptic nucleus, retrochiasmatic part (SOR). The cLHRH-Ⅱ-like immunoreactjve fibers and terminals were found in the medial part of the ME. The distribution of cLHRH-Ⅱwas completely different from that of mLHRH and cLHRH-Ⅰnerve elements. These observations suggest that in the female rats there may be another type of neurons which can synthesize, store and secretecLHRH-Ⅱ-like hormone.
