基于脂溶性酰胺为中性载体的新型溶剂聚合膜pH传感器

摘要 本文报道新制备的脂溶性酰胺中性载体pH溶剂聚合膜电极和以该pH电极为内电极的玉米脐组织生物电极用于测定丙酮酸盐。该pH电极在酸性溶液中具有较宽的pH线性响应范围(0.8~12.0),电极斜率为57.8±0.2mV/PH(在20℃),且不存在超能斯特响应特性。利用交流阻抗技术研究pH电极膜的响应机理。pH电极为内电极的新鲜玉米脐组织电极用于丙酮酸盐的测定具有较长他用寿命并无需附加的辅助因子。 A poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) matrix membrane pH electrode based on a neutral carrier containing lipophilic amide and a corn umbilicus tissue biosensor by using the H+-sensitive membrane as inner pH sensor for determination of pyruvate are described. The pH electrode exhibits a substantial improvement of potentiometric response characteristics in acidic solution with a wide linear pH response range (0. 8-12. 0). It has a near-Nernstian potcnlio-metric response slope of 57. 8±0. 2mV/pH (at20 C) without a super-Nernstian response phenomenon. The a. c. impedance techmique was also used to study the response mechanism of the pH electrode membrane doped with an ionophore. The biosensor based on fresh tender corn umbilicus pulp has a long utilized lifetime without additional cofactors of pyruvate decarboxy-lase.
