摘要
PBL教学模式对教师的要求与传统的灌输型教学完全不同,能否真正领会PBL的精髓,并顺利完成从"知识的传授者"到"学习的促进者"的角色转换,对教师来说无疑是极大的挑战。文章归纳与阐述了PBL引导教师的角色和任务,讨论了规范化师资培训的主要内容,并简要介绍了复旦大学上海医学院在这方面所做的努力。
Tutor's role in PBL model is quite different from the teacher's role in traditional teaching. It's a great challenge for teachers to transfer from 'factual knowledge transmitter' to 'learning facilitator'. This paper discusses the role and the tasks of a PBL tutor, emphasizes the significance and main issues regarding tutor training, and introduces the related efforts made at Shanghai Medical College,Fudan University
