重症急性胰腺炎患者胰腺感染的相关因素分析 被引量：1

摘要 随着重症监护的加强及影像诊断的提高，重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）早期器官功能衰竭引起的病死率已显著下降，而感染相关并发症造成的病死已占SAP病死的约80％。因此探讨SAP合并胰腺感染的可能相关因素，对于预防感染发生，降低感染相关病死率具有重要的临床意义。本文回顾性分析我院收治的SAP合并感染患者的资料，探讨其发生的相关因素，以指导临床诊治。
