急、慢性胰腺炎与胃酸及制酸剂关系的研究进展

摘要 H2受体拮抗剂和质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors，PPIs）在急性胰腺炎（AP）和慢性胰腺炎（CP）的治疗中，经常被应用。但对于其应用的原理和疗效却有较多争议。本文就此领域研究现状做一综述。
