骨科损伤控制的理论与临床应用 被引量:17

摘要 随着经济的发展,交通意外、企业安全性事故及突发灾难性事件的发生率显著上升,创伤成为威胁人类生命安全的重要原因之一,伤者中又以多发伤、复合伤、高能量损伤所致的严重骨折伤多见,强调早期减少生理紊乱的骨科损伤控制(damage control orthopaedics,DCO)理念在临床应用中越来越凸显其优越性,它可最大限度降低患者的死亡率,提高患者生存率。
