中国林蛙精子活动力研究初报

On the Spermatozoon Activities ofRana chensinensis

以不同质量分数的ＮａＣｌ溶液、无氯水及蒸馏水稀释林蛙的精液，研究精子在不同水域的活动力．实验证明，中国林蛙精子在蒸馏水、无氯水及低质量分数的ＮａＣｌ液中均有较好的生命力及活动能力．其中最少持续时间是在无氯水中，约０．５ｈ，最多持续时间是在０．１％ＮａＣｌ溶液中，约２ｈ．故中国林蛙的人工受精宜在０．１％ＮａＣｌ溶液中进行．

Spermatozoon of Rana chensinensis were diluted with different mass fraction of NaCl water,nonchlorine water,distilled water for observing its activity.The results showed that spermatozoon of Rana chensinensis had better activities in distilled water,nonchlorine water and low mass fraction NaCl water.The least time in nonchlorine water lasted half an hour.The most time in 0.1% NaCl water lasted two hours.So Rana Chensinensis artificial insemination should be operated in 0.1% NaCl water.
