氯吡格雷联合辛伐他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响被引量：2

摘要目的观察氯吡格雷联合辛伐他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块(atherosclerosis plaque,AP)的消退作用及调脂疗效。方法采用彩色超声检出AP形成者126例,随机分为两组,治疗组口服氯吡格雷50 mg、辛伐他汀20 mg,对照组单用氯吡格雷50 mg,共6个月,观察治疗前后颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的变化。结果氯吡格雷联合辛伐他汀能明显消退AP(P<0.05),降低TC、TG、LDL-C水平(P<0.05),升高HDL-C水平,与单用氯吡格雷组比较,联合应用可以进一步降低TC、TG、LDL-C和升高HDL-C水平(P<0.05),且消退AP更为明显,但未达到统计学差异。结论氯吡格雷联合辛伐他可消退AP,有效降低血脂水平。
