摘要
目的:旨在为临床周围神经手术提供参考资料。方法:实验选用Wistar大鼠,在手术显微镜下,从坐骨大切迹至膝关节游离坐骨神经,动物分别存活4、8、10、14d,于透射电子显微镜下观察了神经纤维的超微结构变化。结果:游离神经早期(4d)轴索内微丝呈增生性改变;中期(8、10d)以轴索内微丝扭曲断裂、线粒体肿胀变性为主;晚期(14d)变性轴索溶解。结论:游离神经可导致神经纤维轴索变性,故临床做神经干游离术时切不可游离过长,以免导致神经功能障碍。
Objective: To provide reference data for clinical operation of peripheral nerveMethods:The sciatic nerve of 20 Wistar rats were mobilized from greater sciatic notch to knee joint under the operative microscope,the mobilized nerve were observed under the transmission electron microscope after mobilized 4 days,8 days,10 days and 14 daysResults:The microfilaments in the axons proliferated in the early stage(4d); then they distorted and the mitochondron swelled and degenerated in the middle period(8d,10d); The degenerated axons dissolved in the late period (14d) Conclusions:Mobilizing nerve can cause the degeneration of nervous fiberSo the nerve trunk shoud not be mobilized too long during operation to avoid nerve functional disturbance
