160例动脉导管未闭堵闭术的体会

Percutaneous Transfemoreal Plug Closure of Patent Ductus Arteriosus in 160 Cases

目的报道非开胸160例动脉导管未闭治疗的体会。方法采用经皮股动、静脉穿刺心导管动脉导管未闭堵闭法。结果一次堵闭成功156例，二次堵闭成功3例，改变治疗方案1例。堵闭成功率为99％。随访14～132个月，疗效满意。结论本方法创伤小、操作简便、费用低、病人恢复快。

Objective To report the treatment in Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) with catherization. Methods 160 patients with PDA were treated successfully by percutaneous transfemoral plug closure. Results Primary Success was accomplised after the first trial in 156 cases and second trial was necessary in 3 cases. Only 1 patient plug closure was given up after unsuccessful trial. 14 to 132 months follow-up study showed excellent result. Conclusion The method of percutaneous transfemoreal plug closure is of much benefit to the patients and may become the first choice to treatment of PDA.
