摘要
报告主动脉窦瘤破裂外科治疗２２例。窦瘤起源于右冠窦１５例，起源于无冠窦７例；窦瘤破入右心室１２例，破入右心房１０例。５例合并室间隔缺损，７例合并主动脉瓣关闭不全。讨论了诊断。
From Jan. 1983 to Aug. 1997, we treated 22 patients with ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus. In 15 cases the aneurysms derived from right coronary sinuses and 7 cases from deficiencies of coronary sinuses. Of them, 12 patients were found ruptures developed into right ventricles and 10 patients with ruptures into right atria. 5 cases complicated with ventricular septal defects and 7 cases had aortic regurgitations. This article discussed the diagnosis and operative techniques.
