家庭功能调节对慢性乙型肝炎患者抑郁情绪的影响

Effects of the family function adjustment on the depression of the chronic hepatitis B patients

目的探讨家庭功能调节对慢性乙型肝炎(简称慢性乙肝)患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法选择本科室住院的慢性乙肝患者110例,应用家庭功能问卷(Family APGAR)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)于患者住院1w内进行初次评分,然后依据家庭功能障碍对患者情绪影响的原因开展家庭咨询,实施家庭护理干预,4w后进行第2次评分,分析患者家庭功能及抑郁症状的情况,并与干预前作比较。结果家庭功能调节前后患者家庭功能测评分值为良好、中度障碍、严重障碍家庭比较,差异具有统计学意义,家庭功能调节后患者家庭功能调节有改善;家庭功能调节前后患者SDS测评分值为正常、轻度抑郁、中度抑郁比较,差异具有统计学意义,家庭功能调节后患者抑郁情绪有所改善。结论家庭功能调节能明显改善慢性乙肝患者的家庭功能状态,有效缓解患者的抑郁情绪,提高患者的心理健康水平,促进疾病康复。

Objective To study the effects of the family function adjustment on the depression of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods Fanfily APGAR and SDS were used to make the evaluation over 110 chronic hepatitis B patients in our department at the first week. Then according to the factors of their family function disorders in the patients with depression, family psychological intervention was conducted to them. Four weeks later, they were evaluated once again with Family APGAR and SDS in order to analyze the improvement of depression. Results After family function adjustment, the evaluation by Family APGAR on the patients was better than that before adjustment. There were significant differences in comparison with the numbers of patients with moderate and severe disorder in family function between the two groups. After adjustment, the SDS evaluation was normal, and there were significant differences in comparison with the numbers of patients with moderate and severe depression between the two groups. Conclusions Family function adjustment can improve family function status of chronic hepatitis B patients. It can relieve chronic hepatitis B patients＇ anxiety and depression effectively, improve their mental health quality and promote the recovery.
