摘要
目的探讨实施护士长岗位绩效量化考核对护理质量管理的作用。方法根据医院实际情况,制订护士长岗位职责及管理责任指标,设计绩效考核评价表并实施,并定期反馈考核结果。结果实施护士长岗位量化考核后,病区管理质量达标率、基础护理质量达标率、护理文书质量达标率和病人满意度均有不同程度的提高;护理差错发生率明显下降。结论对护士长岗位绩效进行量化考核,提高了病人对护理工作的满意度,保障了护理安全,提高了护理质量,调动了护士长工作积极性和主动性。
Objective To study the role of quantified post performance examination on head nurses in nursing quality management. Methods According to the practical situations in the hospital, an post performance evaluation form on head nurse duties and management duty tasks was designed and the evaluation criteria regulated. The examination results were regularly reported to the head nurses themselves. Results After the quantified examination, the rates of meeting the criteria in quality, basic nurses and nursing report writing, and the comfort rate of patients were all increased to varied extents. The error rates in nursing manipulation were significantly declined. Conclusion Employment of quantified post performance examination to head nurses is meaningful in improving the comfort rate with nursing, assuring the nursing safety, enhancing the nursing quality and motivating the activeness.
