尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇在绝经后取环术中的应用

The application of Nilestriol and Misoprofil in removing IUD in postmenopausal women

目的探讨尼尔雌醇及米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的临床效果。方法将100倒绝经后要求取环妇女分成两组，研究组50例，服用尼尔雌醇4mg，一周后取环，并于取环术前2-3h口服米索前列醇0.6mg；对照组50例，为不服药直接取环。结果在宫颈软化程度、术中综合反应程度、取环时间、取环效果方面研究组均优于对照组，两组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后取环，成功率高，手术风险小，患者痛苦少，值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinlcal effects of Nilestriol and Misoprofil in removing IUD in post- menopausal women. Methods One hundred postmenopausal women who required to remove IUDs were randomly divided into study group（n=50） and control group （n= 50）. The patients in study group were taken Nilestriol（4mg）, then IUD removed one week later, taken Misoprofil（0.6mg） in the operation 2-3h before. While the patients in control group were not taken any medicine before operation. Results The degree of cervical softening, the extent of surgery in the comprehensive response, the operative time and effects of patients in study group were better than that in control group. The difference was significant （ P 〈 O. 01 ） between two groups. Conclusion Nilestriol and Misoprofil together was effective in removing IUD of postmenopansal women. It was so high successful rate, little risk of the operation and few agony that which was worth generalizing.
