BD静脉留置针在呼吸科的应用及相关护理问题研究

The study of BD intravenous catheter application in respiratory department

目的探讨BD静脉留置针穿刺的操作步骤、封管方法、常见护理问题及处理对策。方法对368例患者应用BD静脉留置针穿刺的患者进行观察。根据对穿刺部位、穿刺方法、留置时间、封管方法等相关因素进行研究探讨。结果穿刺成功345例，成功率达94％。失败23例，因血管及留置针型号选择失败的有10例；因护士的操作技术及心理素质而失败的有8例；因穿刺方法错误而失败的有5例。结论BD静脉留置术有利于危重患者的抢救和提高护理工作效率等优点被广大患者及护理人员所接受，在临床护理工作中被广泛应用。

Objective To probe BD intravenous catheter puncturing steps, tube - sealing technique, common nursing problems and treating tactics. Methods 368 patients were observed. According to the interrelated factors＇ study, including puncture sites and methods, retentive time, tube - sealing technique, etc. Results With the puncture method and technique being improved and the medical materials being renewed, the successful rate of BD intravenous catheter puncture were improved significandy, the common nursing problems were solved gradually, and the operating procedure were formed completely. Conclusions Intravenous catheter may relieve patlents＇ pain, lighten blood vessels＇stimulation, contribute to critical patients＇salvage, improve nurses＇efficiency. So it has been accepted by the patients and nurses and used widely in clinical nursing.
