摘要 目的探讨综合考评方式在护理教学管理中的应用。方法在护理专业实践教学中重视对过程、情感态度与能力的评价,通过自我评价、同学互评、评委组评价、教师评价等方式综合考评护生的能力。结果通过多元化评价活动,使教与学的质量都得以提高。结论综合考评模式有利于对护生的动态分析与管理,提高整体的教学水平。 Objective To discuss the specialized practice teaching synthesis examination in nursing teaching management. Methods The process of teaching, emotion and ability were appraised in the nursing specialized practice. Through the self- appraisal, schoolmate comments mutually, the committee group and teacher appraisal, the abilities of nursing students were appraised. Results Through muhiplex appraisal, the qualities of teaching and learning were all enhanced. Conclusions The synthesis examination and critique pattern are advantageous to protect the fresh dynamic analysis and the management, enhance the whole teaching level.
