摘要 研究认为泛素-蛋白酶体系统与细胞周期成分在脑缺血后神经元凋亡及胶质细胞增殖活化中起着重要作用。细胞周期末期促进复合物(anaphase promoting complex,APc)及其调节亚基Cdh1是联系细胞内泛素.蛋白酶体系统与细胞周期成分的中间枢纽,是细胞周期进程调控的关键蛋白。现就APC-Cdh1在缺血性脑损伤中的作用作一综述。 Studies suggest that ubiquitin-proteasome system and cell cycle components play an important role in neuron apoptosis and glia cell proliferation after cerebral ischemia. Anaphase promoting complex (APC) and its regulatory subunit Cdh1 are intermedia to link intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system and cell cycle components, and are the key proteins to regulate cell cycle process. This review summarizes the role of APC-Cdhl in neuron apoptosis and glia cell proliferation after cerebral ischemia.
