Role of protein kinase C in preconditioning-induced cerebral protection

摘要 应用预处理方法进行脑保护是近年脑保护研究的热点,其中蛋白激酶C(protein kinase C,PKc)可能起关键作用。目前研究表明,PKC的某些亚型作为细胞信号传导通路的一部分介导了缺血/再灌注引起的脑损伤。既往我们的研究提示PKC(ε、γ)参与了吗啡预处理诱导的早期脑缺氧耐受。对PKC在预处理脑保护中作用的深入研究有可能为探索脑保护的新方法提供科学依据。 Protein kinase C may play a central role in preconditioning-induced cerebral protection. Current findings confirm that some PKC isoforms involve in signaling pathways of mediating cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury. Our previous studying results suggest that PKCε, γ involve in early stage of morphine preconditioning-induced cerebral ischemic tolerance. Further studies on the role of PKC in cerebral ischemic tolerance will provide scientific evidences for exploring new method of cerebral protection.
