摘要
目的:为降低大鼠原位肝移植模型的手术难度,建立了下腔静脉内分流法大鼠自体原位肝移植模型。方法:用“卜”型管行门-腔静脉临时性分流,在体持续低温灌洗保存肝脏。结果:本模型避免了手术难度较大的肝上、肝下下腔静脉,肝动脉,胆总管的吻合,降低了手术难度,手术成功率92%。结论:本模型稳定、可靠,可完全模拟肝移植的全过程。为肝移植的基础理论研究创建了一种新的实验方法。
Objective:To simplify the operative procedures of orthotopic liver allografing in hamster, the authors set up a new model of orthotopic hepatic autotransplantation with intra inferior vena cava shunt method. Methods:provisional portocaval shunt was made with “卜”shaped tube, and kept orthotopically the liver in low temperature. Results: Avoiding the anastomoses of inferior vena cava, hepatic artery and the common bile duct at supra and subhepatic sites, the method simplified operative procedures. The rate of success was 92%. Conclusions: The model was characterized by reliable stability, and may imitate the whole process of liver transplantation. It provided a new method for liver transplantation in the field of basic study.
