摘要
对红景天甙的超声提取方法进行了研究,通过正交设计试验确定超声提取红景天甙的影响因素及水平,并筛选其优化提取条件,采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。实验结果表明,提取红景天甙的最佳提取条件为:超声时间为0.5h(超声功率800W),乙醇浓度为60%,料液质量比为1:12。红景天甙的提取率为1.291%(以样品质量计)。
The ultrasonic wave extraction of Salidroside from Rhodiola was studied. By orthogonal experiment, the extraction conditions were optimized and the content of Salidroside was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed the optimum extraction agent, material-solvent ratio, extraction time and ultrasonic wave power were 60% ethanol, 1:12, 0.5 h and 800 W, respectively, under which the content of Salidroside of Rhodiola was 1.291%.
