综合性医院执行抗震救灾任务的实践研究

Experience of a medical team sent by general hospital in earthquake-stricken area

汶川地震后，第二炮兵总医院立即往震区派出一个医疗队。许多患者都存在严重外伤，包括复合伤、多发伤。许多伤员仍被埋在废墟中。发病高峰在地震后7日。休克的发病率高。环境卫生差，防疫任务重。震后7日至1个月，内科病和皮肤病发病率大增。急性应激性障碍多发，尤其在女性灾民中。震后1～3个月，疾病谱接近当地常见病、多发病。可总结出如下的经验：综合医院于震后派出的医疗队应具备必须的通讯设备，药品供应应得到保障，心理咨询需求量大，能力建设非常重要。

After the Wenchuan Earthquake, the General Hospital of Missile Forces sent a medical team thereto immediately. Many patients suffered from severe injuries, including compound injury and multiple injuries, and many patients were even still buried in the ruins. The peak-time of incidence of diseases was the period 7 days after the quake. The incidence of shock was high. The environment was unhealthy and the task of epidemic prevention was hard. During the period 7 days to 1 month after the quake the incidence of internal diseases and skin diseases increased greatly. Acute stress disorders were prevalent, especially among the females. One to 3 months after the quake the disease spectrum became similar to that in the ordinary days. The following experience was summarized： after disaster the medical teams of general hospitals should be equipped with necessary communication equipment, supply of medicaments should be guaranteed, psychological counseling is badly in need, and capability building is very important.
