Current Situation and Analysis of the Medical Staff's Psychological Health in China

对3665位医务人员的调查结果揭示,医务人员的心理健康状况不容乐观,一直和经常感觉到身体不适的已经占整个调研人群的大多数,而经常处于精神应急状态的抑郁、强迫以及焦虑、烦躁等现象的个体,已经占到医务人群的1/3以上。这种状况可能直接干扰他们正常的临床思维,影响医患关系,影响诊疗全过程,造成误诊误治,最终导致医疗质量的下降。

A study on 3665 medical workers revealed that their current psychological status is far from satisfactory. Most of investigated public often feel physical and psychological discomfort. More than one third of the medical staffs are in a constant mental string state of depression, compulsion and anxiety ,which could interfere with their clinical thinking, and could affect doctor--patient relationship and the whole process of diagnosis and treatment. It may lead to misdiagnosis and mistreatment and ultimately cause drop in the quality of medical treatment.
