大肠癌裸鼠移植模型研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 大肠癌是消化道常见肿瘤，恶性程度高，严重威胁人类健康。要深入研究大肠癌的生物学特性、癌变机制、肿瘤诊断、抗癌药物筛选以及新型治疗策略，建立稳定、可靠和重复性好的动物模型是十分必要的。本文就人大肠癌裸鼠移植模型的构建方式、主要适用范围及其优缺点综述如下。
