摘要
本实验采用不脱钙组织切片观察,荧光显微法及平均矿化率骨组织计量分析法示踪混合纤维素酯微孔滤膜覆盖兔颅骨缺损后引导新骨再生的过程,结果证实该膜能阻挡结缔组织的长入,使骨组织优势生长,促进了新骨的形成。
In order to trace the process of guiding new bone regeneration, we covered the defects ofRabbits's skull with the mixed cellulose estermicroporous filtering membranes and observated the tissue slice of calcification and fluorescence microscopy and calculated an average mineralized rate and bonetissue qulity The results demonstrated that the membranes could prevent countctive tissue from entering the wound and made bone tissue dominate, and that membranes could improve new bone formation.
