通痹颗粒合甲氨喋呤对类风湿性关节炎患者VEGF的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨通痹颗粒合甲氨喋呤对类风湿性关节炎血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法将61例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(30例),治疗组予通痹颗粒和甲氨喋呤,对照组予甲氨喋呤,分别观察两组患者给药3个月前后VEGF变化情况。结果通痹颗粒联合甲氨喋呤能明显改善VEGF水平(P<0.05),疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通痹颗粒联合甲氨喋呤能降低血清VEGF的水平,其改善速度优于单用甲氨喋呤。 Objective To discuss the curative effect mechanisms of Tongbi granules(TBG) and MTX in treating RA on effects of TBG and methotrexate (MTX) on VEGF of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods 61patients with RA were randomly derided into the testing group with TBG and MTX(31 cases) and the control group with MTX (30 cases). Results TBG and MTX remarkably reduced the index levels of blood VEGF. Conclusion TBG combined MTX is more effective than MTX alone to reduce VEGF.
