由团队设计项目引导的自我构建——基于EIP-CDIO的《房屋建筑学》课程改革 被引量:4

摘要 借鉴国际先进的以能力培养为主要目标的构思——设计——实施——运行(CDIO)工程教育模式,汕头大学工学院提出并从2006级本科生开始全面实施以团队设计为导向的EIP-CDIO(EIP即道德、诚信和职业操守)创新人才培养模式。本文介绍土木工程专业基于该模式的《房屋建筑学》的课程改革思路和实施情况,重点介绍其团队设计中的多次CDIO过程,及其对促进学生自我构建和能力培养的影响,并且根据教师的实时观察和学生的反馈,评价改革的成效。
