文官群体地位的提升与战后美国中产阶级构成的变化

The Status Promotion of Civil Service Group and the Structure Change of American Middle-class after World War Ⅱ

本文以第二次世界大战后美国文官群体规模的扩大与地位的提升为主线,阐释这一群体在政治、经济、文化与社会等各个方面的内在优势,特别是这些优势所带来的文官群体的职业稳定性与战后美国中产阶级构成的关系。文官群体成为美国中产阶级的主体,不仅增加了美国社会的稳定,也使美国社会的保守性日益明显。

Through the scale expansion and the status promotion of American civil service group after Second World War,this article examines the inner advantages of this group on politics,economy,culture and society.It particularly explores an inner relationship between the professional stability of civil service group and the structure change,and doubtlessly it became the core part of American middle-class.Nevertheless this fact not only makes the structure of American middle-class much more stable,but also makes American middle-class much more conservative in politics.
