摘要
采用环保型阻燃剂氢氧化镁对大麻纤维针刺毡进行阻燃整理,得出最佳阻燃工艺:阻燃剂质量浓度300 g/L,黏合剂体积分数20%,浸渍时间20 min。通过锥形量热法对最优工艺下阻燃整理后的大麻纤维针刺毡阻燃性能进行分析。结果表明:热释放速率峰值下降61.6%,平均热释放速率下降62.6%;总热释放量和有效燃烧热在燃烧前期有大幅度的降低;点燃时间推迟18 s,火发生指数提高3倍以上。证明氢氧化镁阻燃剂整理的大麻针刺毡具有较好的阻燃性能。
The environmentally friendly flame retardant of magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) was used in the flame-retardant finishing of hemp needle felt, and the optimal technology is: mass concentration of flame retardant is 300 g/L, volume concentration of binder is 20% , and the soaking time is 20 rain. The flame- retardant property of the hemp needle felt treated by this process was analyzed by means of cone calorimetric analysis, and the results showed that the peak of heat release rate of the felt decreased by 61.6%, average heat release rate decreased by 62.6 % ; the total heat release and the effective burning at the early burning stage reduced remarkably; ignition time delayed for 18 s, fire occurance index enhanced by 3 times. It can be concluded that: environment friendly flame retardant Mg(OH)2 has rendered good flame-retardant property to the treated hemp needle felt.
