摘要 为实时监测织机的运行状态,提高纺织行业生产管理的自动化程度,基于无线传感器网络技术,设计了一套可对织造车间每台织机运行状态进行检测和管理的织机监测管理系统。系统以生产车间为单位,采用多汇聚节点的树型路由协议进行组网。利用单片机定时器与nRF905工作模式的配合,实现了节点间的双向数据传输。该系统具有低成本、高可靠性和双向数据传输的特点,实现了生产车间数据的实时采集和织机工艺参数的设定,提高了企业管理的自动化水平。通过实际使用,证明该系统具有较好的性价比和广阔的工程应用前景。 In order to monitor real-time running status of the loom, and improve the automation level of the textile industry management, the paper designs a set of loom management system based on wireless sensor network technology. The management system can detect the real-time condition signals of each loom in the weaving workshop. The system regards producing workshop as a unit and forms network by router agreement, adopting tree type with many convergence nodes. Two-way data transmission has been realized by the coordination between single chip computer timer and nRF905. The system has such characteristics as low-cost, high reliability and two-way data transmission. It can realize the real-time data collection of the workshop and set up loom technological parameters, so the automation lever of enterprise management is improved. It is proved that this system has the good performance-to-price ratio and open up broad prospects in the project field.
