摘要
教学日记是教师对教学事件的书面反应,也是教师教学反思的重要原始数据载体,并成为教师了解自我、认识教学本质、学会教学、促进自身专业发展的有效途径之一。本文在对外语教学日记的研究与发展情况进行分析的基础上,利用扎根理论研究法对四位外语教师的电子教学日记进行了内容分析,构建了外语电子教学日记编码体系,并总结出外语电子教学日记撰写的特点及方法。本研究建议撰写电子教学日记应成为外语教师一个动态且持续终身的过程。
Teaching diaries are not only teachers' description of teaching events, but also essential means of teachers' reflections on their teaching. Moreover, teaching diaries are one of the effective ways used for teachers knowing themselves, recognizing the nature of teaching, learning how to teach, and for teachers' professional development as well. With the research and development status of teaching diaries of foreign language, the e-diaries of 4 foreign language teachers have been analyzed on the basis of grounded theory. A coding scheme has been built up and the characteristics and methods in e-diary of foreign language teaching have been generalized. The findings suggest that to keep e-diaries be a dynamic and lifelong process for foreign language teachers.
